C.I.颜料红 179 的晶型对其在涂料中色光的影响

摘要: 在 C.I.颜料红 179 的制造过程中存在着反应步骤多、反应所需设备复杂、反应温度高、副反应多及主产物收率低等问题,为此有人在有机碱体系中对 N-甲基-1,8-萘酰亚胺进行碱熔反应直接获得 N,N′-二甲基-3,4,9,10-苝四甲酰二亚胺,可是它的晶型与 C.I.颜料红 179 的晶型不一样,以致它的色光与后者也不相同。 本文研究了有机碱体系中有机碱和有机溶剂对 N,N′-二甲基-3,4,9,10-苝四甲酰二亚胺晶型的影响,结果表明:在氢氧化铯/ 1,8-二氮杂二环十一碳-7-烯(DBU) / 邻二氯苯体系中对 N-甲基-1,8-萘酰亚胺进行碱熔反应,得到的 N,N′-二甲基-3,4,9,10-苝四甲酰二亚胺经颜料化加工后,其晶型与 C.I.颜料红 179 的晶型相同,并且在涂料中的色光和着色力与 C.I.颜料红 179 的色光和着色力接近。

Abstract: The synthetic process of C I. Pigment Red 179 is characterized by multi-step reactions, complex reactors or facilities, high reaction temperature, side reactions and low yield of target product, etc. It is reported that the alkali fusion reaction of N-methyl-1, 8-naphthalimide conducted in organic alkali system might directly obtain N,N-dimethyl-3.4 9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic diimide. However, it is found that its crystal form was different from that of C. I. Pigment Red 179, which results in different shade in paint as compared with C.I. Pigment Red 179. In this article, the effects of organic alkali and organic solvents in the system on the crystal forms of N, N"-dimethyl-3, 4, 9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic diimide have been investigated. The results indicate that the alkali fusion reaction of N-methyl-1,8- naphthalimide carried out in the medium of caesium hydroxide/1, 8-diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undec-7-ene(DBU)/1, 2-dichlorobenzene at 180 C for 12 h can produce N, N-dimethyl- 3, 4, 9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylicdiimide, which was further treated to show the same crystal orm as that of C.I. Pigment Red 179, meanwhile its shade and tinting strength in paint are similar with that of C I. Pigment Red 179.
