摘要: 利用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物( EVA) 改性水泥制备一种力学性能和防锈性能兼顾的涂料,以解决沿海复杂环境下钢筋混凝土施工过程中钢筋锈蚀的问题。 研究了 EVA 掺量对涂料的黏度、涂刷性能及其对钢筋握裹力的影响;进行了 EVA 改性水泥基防锈涂料与水泥净浆防锈涂料对钢筋防护性能的中性盐雾对比试验。研究表明:当 EVA 掺量为 13%(以水泥质量计)时,EVA 改性水泥基防锈涂料的握裹力达到了10.4 MPa,高于裸钢筋表面直接浇筑混凝土的握裹力。涂料的流动性和涂刷性能好,满足施工要求,该涂料的防锈性能优于水泥净浆涂料。

Abstract: In order to solve the rusting problem of steel bar in reinforced concrete construction at coastal environment, the EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-modified cementbased coatings with both mechanical properties and antirust performance was prepared. The influence of EVA content on the viscosity coatability of coatings and gripping force between the coated steel bar and concrete was studied. And the salt spray test of EVA-modified antirust coatings is carried out and compared with the EVA-free antirust coatings. The results show that the antirust coatings comprising 13% (based on weight of cement)EVA enable the grip-ping force between the coated steel bar and concrete up to 10. 4 MPa, which is higher than that between bare steel bar and concrete. Meanwhile, the EVA-modified antirust coatings have good fluidity and coatability with better antirust performance than EVA-free antirust coatings.
