自抛光防污漆磨蚀率测试方法分析讨论

摘要: 自抛光防污漆的防污机理决定了研究涂层磨蚀率的必要性,通过考察涂层在水流作用下 磨蚀快慢可以掌握防污树脂磨蚀的行为特征,对防污漆的防污能力及防污期效进行预判,并可为开发新涂料、涂装设计等提供数据参考。 文中介绍了磨蚀率的试验原理及当前主要试验方法,并以转鼓法和激光法相结合详细介绍磨蚀率试验流程,从试验涂层当中挑选部分产品对试验结果进行分析,探 自抛光防污涂层在海水冲刷作用下的变化规律。 结果表明:自抛光防污漆试验初期磨蚀率比较大; 随着释出层生成并逐渐达到稳定,磨蚀率也逐渐达到相对稳定状态;试验后期磨蚀率呈现缓慢衰减趋势,这与实海浸泡结果相一致。

Abstract: The antifouling mechanism of self-polishing antifouling coatings determines the necessity of the study on polishing rate. Through the study of seawater erosion at different velocity, behavior of polishing rate of antifouling resin can be observed, and the antifouling performance and service life of self-polishing antifouling coatings can be predicted, serving as a reference for coating development and coating design. This paper introduces the principle and current main test methods of polishing rate, introduces the experiment process using rotary drum and laser scanning, and discusses the test results. It shows that antifouling coating exhibits a high polishing rate at initial period then stabilizes with the formation of release layer and decreases gradually at later period, which is consistent with the test result of natural seawater immersion.
