炭黑对聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和环氧丙烯酸酯性能的影响研究

摘要: 将炭黑分散于聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和环氧丙烯酸酯光敏树脂中,研究了炭黑对聚氨酯丙烯酸酯固化速度和涂膜性能的影响,并与环氧丙烯酸酯进行比较。 透射电镜可见,炭黑在聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的分散效果优于在环氧丙烯酸酯中的分散效果。通过性能优化,得到含炭黑的黑色 UV 固化树脂, 其涂膜的铅笔硬度为 4H,附着力 0 级,耐冲击性大于 50 cm,耐水性优良。 该树脂体系可应用于黑色光固化涂料领域。

Abstract: The carbon black was dispersed into polyurethane acrylate and epoxy acrylate to nvestigate the effect of carbon black on the curing speed and coating properties in photosensitive polymers. The performance of polyurethane acrylate was compared with that of epoxy acrylate. The TEM indicates that the dispersion effect of carbon black in polyurethane acrylate is better than that in epoxy acrylate A Uv curable resin containing carbon black was prepared via performance optimization. Its cured film had a pencil hardness of 4H, adhesion of 0 grade,impact resistance test of >50 cm and excellent water resistance. The UV curable resin containing carbon black has a good application in black UV curable coatings.
