摘要： 介绍了塑料酒瓶盖常用的喷涂材料及喷涂工艺,讨论了酒瓶盖喷涂的工艺特点。从底漆面漆的喷涂要点、丝印烫金对喷涂工艺的特殊要求出发,介绍了塑料酒瓶盖喷涂对材料与工艺要求的特殊性。最后对酒瓶盖喷涂中的常见问题进行了分析。

Abstract: The conventional coating materials and spraying process for plastic bottle caps of wine have been introduced. The specific coating materials and spraying process are describe in particular in terms of spraying requirements on primer, varnish, silk screen printing and gilding layers. The typical quality problems during spraying process are also analyzed.
