基于耐久性的公路工程热熔型标线涂料色度性能研究

摘要: 为了检验公路工程热熔型标线涂料的色度性能,选取了市面上较为常见的5种热熔型涂料进行常规的色度性能检测,进行了涂膜热稳定性试验、水稳定性试验、耐压力老化试验和测试了耐紫外线老化试验前后色度的变化。结果表明,选取的5种热熔型标线涂料的色度性能都合格,热稳定性和耐压力老化性较好,但水稳定性和耐紫外线老化性偏弱。

Abstract: In order to exam the colorimetric property of the hot-melt coating, five types of common hot-melt coatings available in the market were chosen to conduct normal colorimetric property tests. A comparative analysis of colorimetric property was conducted by means of thermal stability test, water stability test, PAV test and QUV test. The results showed that the five types of coatings provided qualified colorimetric property, good thermal stability and PAV performance but weak water stability and QUV performance.
