摘要: 具有低表面自由能的氟碳树脂具有较强的防污能力,可应用于太阳能电池板玻璃表面,以减缓污浊物对玻璃盖片的损伤。但是由于太阳能电池光电转换的特殊性,对玻璃表面涂层的透光率和散热性有较高要求。为了研究氟碳树脂作为太阳能电池板表面防污涂料的可行性,实验制备了涂有氟碳树脂涂料的试样,测定了其涂层透射比和温度变化率。结果表明:涂层对光的透过性较好,并未造成散热性明显下降。

Abstract: The fluorocarbon resin with low surface free energy and good antifouling property is used to mitigate the injuries of the cover glass. But the particularity of solar photovoltaic panel brings about the higher requirements on the light transmittance and heat dissipation of the coating for glass surface. In order to study the possibility of the fluorocarbon resin as an antifouling coating for solar panel surface, the samples coated with fluorocarbon resin are prepared. Meanwhile, the prepared coating is tested in terms of transmission and temperature gradient. The results show that the coating has good transmittance, and has no significant impact on the heat dissipation.
