压载舱用低温固化无溶剂环氧重防腐涂料的研制

Preparation of Low Temperature Curing Solvent-Free Heavy-Duty Anticorrosive Epoxy Coatings for Ballast Tank

摘要: 本研究通过多乙烯多胺与丙烯酸酯类进行迈克尔加成反应,合成了一种环氧低温固化促进剂。 以缩水甘油醚环氧树脂/ 双酚 A 环氧树脂为基体树脂,以改性脂环胺为固化剂,添加适量的固化促进剂,筛选合适的颜填料并对其改性,研制了一种压载舱用低温固化无溶剂环氧涂料,并对该涂料的性能进行了检测。 考察了不同固化剂体系对涂料低温固化及其性能的影响,结果表明:该涂料具有良好的低温固化速度和优异的柔韧性、耐阴极剥离及耐盐雾腐蚀性。

Abstract: A low temperature curing accelerator is synthesized by Michael addition reaction of polyethylene polyamine and acrylate. Thus, a low temperature curing solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive coatings for ballast tank has been developed, wherein the glycidol ether epoxy resin/bisphenol A epoxy resin is employed as matrix resin and the modified cycloaliphatic amine is employed as curing agent cooperated with appropriate amount of the synthesized curing accelerator, furthermore, fillers and pigments are selected for coating modification.The coating performance and influence of different curing agent on low temperatu curing effect are investigated. The results show that the coatings give fast low temperature curing rate, excellent toughness, and great resistance to cathode stripping and salt spray corrosion.
