浮型铝银粉的生产工艺技术研究

摘要: 针对国内浮型铝银粉的分散性和贮存稳定性差等缺点,对浮型铝银粉工业生产的关键技术进行了研究,通过对溶剂置换用溶剂和表面处理助剂种类及用量、搅拌时间以及分散处理时间的选择性研究,确定了最佳的生产工艺条件。 选择芳烃类溶剂用于溶剂置换,用量与浮铝型银浆质量比为2 ∶1;选择磷酸酯类助剂为表面处理助剂,用量为滤饼中所含铝的质量的 5%;搅拌 3 h,分散处理时间为 16 h,所制得的浮型铝银粉分散性和贮存稳定性好。

Abstract: Due to the leafing aluminium powder in China having undesirable dispersity and storage stability, this article studies the key production process of the leafing aluminium powder, specifically, discusses the influential factors including solvents, Surface treatment agents and their dosage, agitating time and dispersing time so as to determine the optimum conditions. It is indicated that a leafing aluminium powder has good dispersity and storage stability when the production process satisfies the following conditions: aromatic solvents for solvent exchange is selected and the mass ratio of solvent to paste cake is 2: 1; Phosphate additives are used as surface treatment agents with the dosage of 5% based on the weight of paste cake; The agitating time is 3 h and the dispersing time is 16 h.
