摘要: 制备了一种水性环氧酯乳液,并以其与特定的丙烯酸乳液为成膜物,添加颜填料和合适的助剂,制备得到一种水性工业涂料。采用红外光谱仪、激光粒度散射仪和凝胶渗透色谱仪对所制备的水性环氧酯树脂进行了表征,并对其固化机理进行了探讨。通过优化水性工业涂料的制备工艺,得到的水性涂料综合性能优异。

Abstract: A novel waterborne epoxy ester emulsion was prepared. The synthesized emulsion and polyacrylate emulsion were used as film-forming substance, mixed further with pigments and coating additives to prepare waterborne industrial coatings. The structure of the resin was confirmed by Fourier transfer infrared (FT-IR), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) .The mechanism of the crosslinking process of the resin was discussed. Moreover, two different preparation processes for waterborne industrial coatings based on waterborne epoxy ester emulsion were investigated and compared. The waterborne industrial coatings with good compre hensive properties are obtained via optimization of preparation process thereof.
