摘要: 为了进一步提高玻璃钢复合涂层的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,降低其成本,以环氧树脂 E- 44 为基体树脂,玻璃纤维为增强材料,加入填料改性蒙脱土及其他助剂,制备出改性蒙脱土玻璃钢复合涂层。 采用单因素试验法研究了改性蒙脱土的用量对复合涂层力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。 结果表明:当改性蒙脱土的用量为基体树脂用量的 5%时,复合涂层的拉伸强度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性等综合性能达到最优。 拉伸强度提高了 17.83 MPa,酸、碱和盐中质量损失率分别减少了 0.11%、0.02%和 0.001%,耐磨性质量损失率减少了 0.11%;SEM 和 FT-IR 测试分析从微观方面说明了改性蒙脱土玻璃钢复合涂层的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能较好。

Abstract: FRP composite coatings based on modified montmorillonite were prepared from epoxy resin E-44 as matrix resin, glass fiber as reinforced material, modified montmorillonite as filler and other additives in erder to further improve their mechanical and anticorrosive properties, and reduce their cost. The single-fact method was used to study the effects of modified montmorillonite content on the mechanical and anticorrosive properties of the composites.The results showed that a composite coating comprising modified montmorillonite 5%(based on solid of epoxy resin)gave the optimal properties including tensile shear strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Specifically, the tensile shear strength was increased up to17.83 MPa, which was dramatically higher than that of the control sample comprising no modified montmorillonite. In addition, the mass loss rate of the acid, alkali and salt in composites was decreased by 0.11%, 0.02% and 0. 001% respectively. The mass loss rate via wear re-sistance test was decreased by 0. 11%. The SEM and FT-IR indicated that FRP composite coatings based on modified montmorillonite had good mechanical and anticorrosive properties.
