摘要： 介绍了涂装烘干炉冷却段的设计及冷却效果,着重介绍了烘干炉冷却效果改善的方案及能耗分析,详细介绍了冷却效果改善的原理、改善方案的优缺点等;结合实际情况对各个方案的可行性进行了说明,为类似问题的解决提供参考,在满足节能减排的前提下同时提高员工的操作舒适性。

Abstract: This article introduces the cooling zone of drying oven at painting line, and its design and cooling effect, meanwhile, introduces particularly the innovations for improvement of the cooling effect and energy consumption in addition to the advantage and disadvantage of innovations based on the actual conditions, and thus gives proposals to improve operation compatibility in line with terms and conditions of energy saving and emission reduction.
