摘要: 以四苯基乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯和聚四氢呋喃二醇为原料制备了聚氨酯大分子引发转移终止剂,用其引发丙烯酸六氟丁酯聚合,合成了含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯共聚物。用红外、核磁及凝胶渗透色谱对聚合物的结构进行了表征。氟化丙烯酸酯的引入使聚氨酯的耐热性得到了提高,氟元素又赋予了聚合物膜优异的疏水性,制备的含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯可用作强疏水性涂料。结果表明:引发转移终止剂法是很好的含氟聚氨酯合成方法。

Abstract: A polyurethane macroiniferter was prepared by using tetraphenyl-ethanediol,toluene diisocyanate and poly (tetramethylene )glycol as raw materials, and then the macroiniferter was used to synthesize fluorine-containing polyurethane acrylate copolymers viainitiating the polymerization of hexafluorobutyl acrylate. The copolymers were characterized by FT-IR H-NMR and CPC. The results indicated that the therma\ property of the polymer could be improved by the introduction of poly(fluorinated acrylate )chains, and the fluorine enabled polyurethane film to show excellent hydrophobic property. The fluorine-containing polyurethane-acrylate was applied to hydrophobic coatings. The results also revealed that the iniferter method was a good way to synthesize fluorine-containing polyurethane.
