摘要: 以 2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯( TDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇( PPG-1000)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)为主要原料合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA),与适量三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)复合制备了辐照固化 PUA 涂料,采用 FT-IR 对 PUA 结构进行表征;考察了R 值(—NCO与—OH的物质的量比)和辐射固化方式对涂膜的耐溶剂性、附着力、铅笔硬度、热性能等的影响。 结果表明经60Co γ 射线辐射固化的涂膜比 UV 固化的涂膜有更好的耐溶剂性和附着力,但硬度不如 UV 固化得到的涂膜,涂膜热稳定性好,且随 R 值增大而提高。 当 R 值为 1.8,制备出的 PUA 树脂经60Co γ 射线辐射固化得到的涂膜具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract: A polyurethane acrylate (PUA)prepolymer based on 2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI), poly(propylene glycol)(PPG-1000)and pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA) was prepared, and mixed with trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA )to give the radiation curable PUA coatings. The structure of PUA was characterized by FT-IR. The effects of -NCO/-OH ratio (R) and radiation curing type on the solvent resistance, adhesion, hardness and thermal performance of PUA film were studied. The result showed that the PUA film 60Co γ radiation gave stronger adhesion better solvent resistance and thermal cured by stability but lower hardness than the film cured by UV. Furthermore, the thermal stability of the film cured by 60Co γ radiation increased with the increase of R. When R was 1.8, the  60Co γ radiation-cured PUA film showed excellent comprehensive performance.
