热反射屋顶冬季能耗实测研究

Field Test on Energy Consumption of Solar Reflecting Roof in Winter

摘要: 为研究热反射屋顶涂料的冬季能耗水平,对建筑屋顶涂覆太阳热反射涂料后的空调用能进行实测。 测试选取重庆某办公楼顶层 2 间办公室,其朝向、建筑外形、围护结构均相同。 结果表明: 非空调工况下,热反射屋顶室内空气温度较普通屋顶降低约 1.2 °C ;而相同空调工况下,热反射屋顶比普通屋顶房间空调多耗电能 0.014 kWh / ( d·m2 )。

Abstract: In order to investigate the energy consumption of solar reflecting roof coating in winter, air-conditioning energy consumption in room, when the roof was coated with solar reflecting coating, was measured. Two office rooms on top floor of a building in Chongqing were selected for field test, which had the same facing directions, construction shapes and enclosure structures. It was found that when air conditioning was closed, solar reflectin compared with normal roof, can reduce indoor air temperature by around 1.2 ℃. When air conditioning was opened and controlled at same indoor temperatures air-conditioning energy consumption in room with solar reflecting roof was higher by 0. 014 kWh/(d·m2) compared with the room without solar reflecting roof.
