摘要: 以低聚物多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为主要原料,N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)和1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂,采用自乳化法制备端羟基聚丁二烯 -丙烯腈(HTBN)改性阳离子聚氨酯树脂;以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、N-甲基二乙醇胺、1,4-丁二醇为原料制备封端交联剂,二者混合、分散后进行电泳成膜。探究了 HTBN的用量、软段种类、树脂与交联剂的比例以及中和度对漆膜性能的影响,结果表明:使用 HTBN和 PTMG-1000作为混合软段,HTBN在树脂中的质量分数为 7.9%,树脂与交联剂的官能团物质的量比为 1:11,树脂中和度为 90%时,能较好地改善漆膜性能。

Abstract: An cationic polyurethane resin modified with HTBN was synthesized by self-emulsifying process, with IPDI and polyols oligomer as raw materials and MDEA and BDO as chain extenders, and a blocked crosslinking agent was synthesized by using IPDI, MDEA and BDO as materials, which were mixed am dispersed for CED processing. Elfect of the dosage of HTBN, soft segments, the molar ratio of resin and crosslinking agent, as well as neutralization degree on the appearance and properties of the PU film were investigated respectively. It was found that the desirable property and appearance for the PU film could be obtained under the condition of HTBN and PTMG-1000 as soft segments, 7.9% of HTBN, 1: 1. 1 for the furctional groups molar ratio of resin to crosslinking agent and 90%neutralization degree.
