油气管道露空钢结构外防腐层设计标准对比及设计实践

摘要: 目前油气管道工程的露空钢结构的外防腐层设计无相应的行标或国标,本研究通过介绍国际上较为成熟且广泛应用的标准 ISO1294,详细对比了国内外各相关标准的内容组成以及各标准所采用的防腐层体系,指出目前国内标准与 ISO1294相比在防腐层设计方面的差距和不足,介绍了目前国内油气管道工程的露空钢结构的外防腐层的设计现状。提出目前比较合理、可行的防腐层设计程序,并介绍了几个典型按照此设计程序进行防腐层设计实践的油气管道工程。

Abstract: There are no trade or national standards for design of protective paint systems for steel structures atmospheric environmen in gas transmission pipeline engineering at present. ISO12944 an extensivly used international standard, was introduced. Moreover, some national and professional codes or standards for design of paint systems for steel structures in atmosphenc environments were compared with ISO12944 in contents and protective paint system. The present status of design of paint systems for steel structures in atmospheric environments in gas transmission pipeline engineering were described. According to the above analysls, reasonable and feasible design procedure for paint systems for steel structures atmospheric environments were suggested. Several pipeline engineering example selected according to the design procedure for protective paint systems were given.
