摘要: 热煨弯管是整条管线外防腐层的薄弱环节,不仅涂敷操作困难,而且对搬运、堆放的要求也较高,因此热煨弯管的外防腐层应选用性能可靠、技术经济性好、搬运、堆放和施工操作方便的材料。无溶剂液体环氧涂料用于热煨弯管的外防腐在国内外均有较多的使用实例,西气东输工程部分管道就采用了液体环氧涂料防腐层,从施工效果来看,其主要优点是环氧涂料与钢管表面粘结性优异、耐化学介质侵蚀、防腐性能好、阴极剥离半径小,适于在现场施工;但存在固化时间长、韧性差等缺点。钢质热煨弯管用新型无溶剂液体环氧涂料研究的试验证明,新型无溶剂液体环氧涂料既具有良好的防腐蚀功能,又具有快干和机械强度高的特点。

Abstract: Anticorrosion of heating bend pipes is a bottleneck problem in the buried pipeline construction, which affects directly the service life of the pipeline. The coating on heating bend pipes is difficult and also needs strict requirements. The protective coatings on heating bend pipes should choose a material with reliable performance and convenient operation. The solventless liquid epoxy coating has been widely used for heating bend pipes at home and abroad, such as the West-east Gas Transmission Project. It provids excellent adhesion. corrosion resistance, and less cathodic disbonding radius, but long curing time and low toughness In order to solve these problems, a new solventless liquid epoxy coating was developed, which could be applied on heating bending pipes. The results showed that the properties of solventless liquid epoxy coating was satisfied, which could provide excellent corrosion protection, fast dry and good mechanical properties.
