摘要: 测定二氧化钛中微量元素的过程中,大多采用 X-射线荧光光谱法(XRF),同时在国家没有标准物质的前提下,都采用加入法建立仪器标线,从而容易造成元素状态与实际样品间存在差别,如何建立二氧化钛中微量元素的测量的标样应该是业内的一个关键课题,本研究旨在从仪器理论和标样制备方面阐述其机理,以促进二氧化钛质量的提高和行业进步。

Abstract: In determination of trace elements in titanium dioxide, the X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method has been commonly used. But the key problem is that there is no standard sample, only addition process is used to establish the calibration curve, which was then to cause the difference between the element state and real samples. Therefore, it is a key issue to establish the standard sample for trace elements measurement in TiO2. This article has described the mechanism from instrument theory and standard sample development, in order to promote the improvement of titanium dioxide quality and scientific progress.
