摘要: 随着电厂发电机组参数的增大,电力行业对除盐水水质的控制要求越来越高,核电厂对除盐水水质的要求更为严格。为考察聚脲弹性体用作除盐水箱内壁防腐材料对除盐水水质的影响,本研究对聚脲防腐层进行了溶出物试验。介绍了碳钢材料涂聚脲防腐层返出溶出物的试验,试验表明聚脲防腐层最初会有少量溶出物,但呈下降趋势,通过冲洗和浸泡,在运行一段时间后趋于正常,不再影响除盐水水质。

Abstract: Along with the capacity growth of power plants, the control on demineralized water quality has become more strict in electric power industry, especially in nuclear power plant. In order to investigate the influence of polyurea elastomer lining material for demineralized water tank on water auality, a test on the dissolved substance of the polyurea elastomer coating was conducted. The test showed that polyurea elastomer would dissolved out few substances at the beginning, but would be decreased. After water flushing, Immersion and operation for a period of time, the water quality in demineralized water tank would not be influenced.
