摘要: 以异佛尔酮 -二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)及相对分子质量为 2 000的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCD)等 4种不同的二元醇为主要原料,用丙酮法合成了一系列不同的紫外光固化的水性聚氨酯乳液,并分别对其粒径、黏度及固化 膜的力学性能和热性能进行了研究。结果表明:以 PCD为软段所制备的乳液粒径最小,其固化膜综合力学性能较好。

Abstract: A series of Uv-Curable waterborne polyurethane emulsions was synthesized by the acetone process using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and various diols polycaprolactone(PCL), polycarbonate diols(PCD), polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) with a molecular weight of 2000, polybutylene adipate (PBA) as the main materials. The properties of the emulsions and films were characterized by particle sizes, viscosity, mechanical and thermal proporties. And the results showed that the emulsion prepared by PCD as the soft segment could provide the minimum particle size while the cured film had better mechanical properties.
