天然绿色环氧大豆油丙烯酸树脂的合成及性能研究

摘要: 选用一种资源丰富、廉价易得、环境友好的绿色可再生、可降解原料———环氧大豆油(ESO),分别与丙烯酸(AA)以及羧酸A272、A218反应,制备分子结构中含有可紫外光固化不饱和双键的环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯(AESO)预聚物,用红外和热重对所得AESO系列产物的结构进行表征,并将其应用于UV固化配方研究,对所得光固化膜的性能进行表征。最后将所得的大豆油系列丙烯酸树脂与传统石油基环氧丙烯酸树脂的光固化过程及固化膜性能进行比较,结果表明:环氧大豆油丙烯酸树脂光固化体系黏度小,配方可调控性强,且光固化膜较为平整光滑,硬度适中,具有很好的柔韧性和附着力。

Abstract: In this paper, a kind of abundant, biodegradable and environment-friendly biobased material-epoxidized soybean oil (E$O )was chosen to be esterified with unsaturated carboxylie acid(AA/A272/A218 )under a certain temperature and catalyst conditions to prepare the photosensitive prepolymers-aerylat-ed epoxy soybean oil(AESO), which contains unsaturated double bond. The resin structure was characterized
by FT-IR and TG analysis, and the results were used as guideline for the formulation of Uv-curing coating.The performanee of UV cured film was also tested. The curing process and film performance of AESO and conventional epoxyacrylate were compared. The results showed that the appearance of UV curing AESO film was glossy and smooth, and its hardness reached 2H, besides, provided outstanding flexility and adhesion.
