摘要: 采用原位掺杂和物理吸附2种方法,成功制备了TiO2/SiO2复合载体载银抗菌粉体;系统考察了制备工艺、煅烧、掺锌等因素对复合载银抗菌粉体的影响。利用XRD、SEM等多种测试手段,对复合载银抗菌剂的白度、结构及形貌进行了表征;并以污水细菌为探针,考察了复合载体载银抗菌剂的抗菌性。结果表明:原位掺杂和物理吸附2种方法均能得到相同结构的复合载体载银抗菌剂,掺锌能有效增加载银抗菌剂样品的白度,提高抗菌剂的色泽稳定性;抗菌性能测试表明,复合载银粉体对污水细菌具有较强的抗菌效果,最小抗菌浓度为450 mg/L。

Abstract: Silver-carrying TiO2/SiO2 composite antibacterial powder were successfully prepared by insitu doping process and physical adsorption method. The infuence of factors on comoposite antibacterial powders were investigated, including preparation process, calcination temperature, and doped Zn2+.The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and other testing methods to investigate the whiteness, structure and morphology of silver-carrying TiO2/SiO2 composite antibacterial powders. And the sewage bacteria was used as the probe to investigate the antibacterial properties of composite antimicrobial powders. The results showed that the same structure of silver-carrying TiO2/SiO2 composite antibacterial powders were obtained by both insitu doping and physical adsorption method.Doped Zn 2+ could effectively improve the whiteness and the color stability of the antimicrobial agent. The antibacterial performance test showed that TiO2/SiO2 composite antibacterial powders exhibited good antimicrobial properties on sewage bacteria, and the minimum antibacterial concentration was 450 mg/L.
