双组分水性聚氨酯墙面漆的研发

Development of 2K Waterborne Polyurethane Wall Finish

摘要: 采用羟基丙烯酸分散体与亲水性多异氰酸酯配漆,制备了双组分水性聚氨酯墙面漆。研究发现,采用水性丙烯酸分散体Bayhydrol 2542和Bayhydrol 2546混拼作为树脂组分,水性多异氰酸酯Bayhydur XP 2547作为固化剂组分,可以制备各方面性能良好的墙面漆。同时研究了不同羟基含量、不同n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)、助剂对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:羟基含量为1.4%,n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)控制在1.50~1.80,选用有机硅消泡剂与聚硅氧烷-聚醚类脱泡剂,用量为0.5%,分散剂用量为0.75%时,可以得到兼有良好耐沾污性、耐水性和低温稳定性的产品。

Abstract: A 2K waterborne polyurethane wall finish was developed by mixing polyol dispersions Bayhydrol 2542/2546 and hydrophilic polyisocyanates Bayhydur XP 2547. The influences of raw materials, different hydroxyl content, different n(-NCO): n(-OH)ratio and additives on the properties of the film were studied. The results indicated that 2K waterbome polyurethane wall finish could provide good smudge resistance, water resistance and storage stability at low temperature by control the hydroxyl group content at 1.4%, isocyanate index between 1. 50 and 1, 80, choosing silicone and polyether modifed polysiloxane defoaming agent at 0.5%, and dispersant at 0.7%.
