摘要： 利用异氰酸酯对醇酸树脂改性以提高其性能的方法,研究了用IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)改性豆油醇酸树脂制备纯天然木油的配方和其生产工艺,分析了主体树脂、溶剂、催干剂、防结皮剂等因素对其性能的影响。结果表明:所研制产品的干燥速度、耐水性、附着力、耐化学品性及耐候性得到有效提高,能够满足耐久性和环保性要求很高的木制品涂饰需要。

Abstract: By use of isocyanate modified alkyd resin process, a formulation and technology of modification of alkyd resin prepared by pure natural wood oil with IPDI were developed. The influence of binder resin, solvent, driers, antiskinning agent and other factors on the properties of products was discussed. The results showed that the products enhanced the dry speed, water resistance, adhesion. chemical resistance and weather resistance,meeting the durability and high environmental protection wood finishing needs.
