乙烯基酯树脂玻璃鳞片防腐涂料的性能研究

摘要: 研制了一种耐酸性优异的酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂鳞片防腐涂料。通过优化填料配比大大提高了涂层在高温(180℃)下的机械性能,并采用交流阻抗法评价了玻璃鳞片不同用量对涂层防腐性能的影响。结果表明:当树脂与玻璃鳞片质量比为10∶3时涂层抗渗效果最好,涂层电阻可长期保持在109Ω.cm2以上,有效延长了涂层的防腐寿命。针对高温浓硫酸的腐蚀环境,讨论了涂层在不同温度浓度硫酸溶液中的耐腐蚀性,结果表明:当硫酸浓度低于60%时,涂层耐热温度可达180℃;当硫酸浓度在60%~70%时,涂层耐热温度可达160℃;硫酸浓度在70%~80%时,涂层耐热温度可达100℃。

Abstract: A coating material containing novolac-epoxy based vinyl ester resin and glass flake was developed which showed excellent acid resistant performance.Effects of the proportion of filler on mechanical properties of the coating at 180 ℃ and the mass of glass flake on anti-corrosion at ambient temperature were investigated by mechanical tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, respectively. The results of the coating was obtained when the ratio of the resin showed that the best penetration resistant performance of to the glass flake was 10: 3, and the resistance of coating could be kept over 109Ω.cm2 indicating excellent corrosion resistance. The thermal degradation temperature of the coating varied with the increased sulfuric acid concentration, and could be up to 180 ℃, 160 ℃ and 100 ℃ in the 60%~70% and 80% of sulfuric  acid solutions respectively.
