摘要: 在聚氨酯(PU)的合成过程中引入以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸等制备的预乳液,在一定的温度下引入偶联剂继续反应得到 PUA乳液。引入磷酸酯功能单体,制得了耐水效果优良的水性 PUA乳液。考察了偶联剂种类、偶联剂用量、磷酸酯功能单体用量对乳液和漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:采用三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMP-TA)为偶联剂得到的 PUA乳液性能最佳,引入磷酸酯功能单体得到稳定性出色、耐水时间达到 50h、涂膜附着力 1级、无闪蚀现象的 PUA乳液。红外分析表明:PU-AC交联得到 PUA,磷酸酯功能单体以共价键的形式在 PUA中存在。

Abstract: A pre-emulsion prepared with MMA, BA, ST, AA was charged during the synthesis of polyurethane resin, which was then reacted with coupling agent at a specified tempertue to form the PUA emulsion. And the phosphate functional monomer was then followed to be reacted to obtained an excellent water resistance PUA The effect of variety and amount of coupling agent, amount of phosphate functional monomer on properties of emulsion and film was studied. The results showed that, when TMPTA was used as coupling agent, a best performance PUA emulsion could be obtained. Introduction of phosphate functional monomer to PUA emulsion could improve the PUA properties with good stability, adhesion grade 1, no flash corrosion and water resistance up to 500 h. The FT-IR analysis indicated the exist of crosslinking between PU and AC and the covalent bonded phospate functional monomer.
