摘要: 利用1,5-己二烯-3,4-二醇(DVG)与烯丙基丁二酸酐(ASH)的酯化产物对环氧树脂进行改性,再与丙烯酸酯化,制得低黏度同时柔韧性较好的改性环氧丙烯酸酯预聚物。对合成改性环氧丙烯酸酯的反应温度、投料比、阻聚剂的选择及用量、催化剂的用量进行了研究,得出最佳反应条件。并讨论了不同组分配比对涂膜固化性能的影响。

Abstract: A new type of modified epoxy resin has been prepared on the reaction epoxy resin with the esterification products of 1, 5-hexadiene, 4-diol and allylsuccinic anhydride which was then esterified with acrylic acid to form a low viscosity and fine flexibility modified epoxy acrylate pre-polymer. The influence of reaction temperature, the molar ratio of reactants, types and quantity of inhibitor and catalysts on the reaction and properties of modified epoxy acrylate was discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were given. The effects of different component mixture ratio on the performance of cured film were also discussed.
