摘要: 研制的水性环氧导静电耐油防腐涂料是非碳系的浅色添加型涂料。选用导电云母粉作为导电填料,与水性环氧树脂、颜填料、特种水性助剂等材料组成双组分水性环氧导静电耐油防腐涂料。讨论了导电填料的加量、固化温度、干燥时间、涂层厚度、贮存时间对该涂料表面电阻率的影响。所制备涂膜不仅具有优异的导静电性能,同时具有良好的防腐性能。

Abstract: The developed waterborne epoxy antistatic oil - resistant anticorrosive coatings is a non-carbon light-color blended coatings, which was a 2K system and formulated with conductive mica powder as conductive filler and waterborne epoxy, pigments, special waterborne additives In this study, the influence of dosage of conductive filler, curing temperature drying time, coating film thickness and storage time on the surface resistivity of the coatings were discussed. This coatings could provid not only excellent antistatic performance, but also good anticorrosive property.
