油舱内壁防霉导静电防腐蚀涂料抗菌性能研究

摘要: 针对燃油舱中微生物腐蚀特点及应用环境要求,研制一种新型油舱内壁防霉导静电防腐蚀涂料,主要就其涂膜耐霉菌性能进行了论述。鉴于燃油中对燃油带来影响的除常规真菌外,一些典型细菌如铁细菌、硫酸盐还原菌和氧化硫铁杆菌的生长繁殖,也是造成燃油变质和舱体被腐蚀的重要因素,对测试菌种进行了扩展。通过对不同抗菌剂对燃油中典型真菌和细菌抗菌性能的对比,确定采用2种防霉剂配合研制新型防霉涂料,经测试其耐菌性能优良,且对燃油质量没有影响。

Abstract: In order to meet the special requirement of protection microbial corrosion and environmental characterstics of linings of fuel storage tanks, a kind of antistatic and antibacterial corrosion protective coatings was developed. In this paper, the antibacterial property of the coating was discussed. Besides the commom fungus that would deteriorate the fuel, some special bacteria, such as sulfate reducting bacteria, sulfur oxides, ferrobacillus sulfooxidans have been confirmed great harmful for fuel and corrosion of tank body. Two kinds of antimicrobial were hybrided to be used in preparation of the coating, The test results showed that the comprehensive performances of the obtained coating were excellent, No evidence showed the negative impacts of coatings on the quality of fues.
