辐照法制备光敏性微凝胶的研究

Study on Preparation of Photosensitive Microgels by UV Irradiation

摘要: 采用简单高效的紫外辐照法,以阳离子型光敏性无规共聚物自组装胶体粒子为前驱体制得了光敏性微凝胶PANM。对微凝胶所含光敏基团进行了结构表征,并考察了溶液浓度、分散方法及紫外辐照时间对微凝胶制备的影响。研究结果表明:在3%的溶液浓度下采用超声分散法在不同紫外辐照时间下均可制得形态较为规整的微凝胶粒子,激光光散射及透射电镜表征显示其呈平均粒径为35~40 nm的似球形结构。红外和核磁表征结果则表明不同辐照时间制得的微凝胶均含有一定的光敏性双键。

Abstract: Photosensitive microgels( PANM)have been prepared via a high efficient UV irradiation of photosensitive micelles from self- assembly of photosensitive random copolymer. The effects of concentration of solution, dispersion method and irradiation time on preparation of PANM were studied systematically.The LLS and TEM results show that spherical PANM microgels with an average particle size of 35-40 nm have been prepared under ultrasonic dispersion. Additionally, the FT-IR andIH-NMR results confirmed the presence of C=C bond in the PANM microgels for the subsequent cross-linking.
