反应性丙烯酸微凝胶的制备及其应用

摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)、甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯(HEMA)和1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(1,6-HDDA)作为单体,采用半连续乳液聚合工艺制备用于汽车OEM涂料的反应性丙烯酸微凝胶,讨论了乳化剂、引发剂、反应温度等因素对微凝胶粒径的影响,确定了最佳的合成条件。用激光散射粒径分布分析仪测定产物粒径及粒径分布,并将微凝胶粉末作为防流挂剂添加到汽车OEM漆中,具有良好的防流挂性。

Abstract: The title reactive acrylate microgels applied in automotive OEM coatings were prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization, in which methyl methacrylate(MMA), styrene(St), cyclohexyl methacrylate(CHMA), 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA), 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate(1, 6-HDDA)were used as monomers. The influence of emulsifier,initator and reaction temperature on particle size of mi-crogels was discussed. The laser scattering size distribution analyzer was employed to analyze particle size and distribution of the products. The microgels powder exhibited excellent anti-sagging performance in au-tomotive OEM coatings.
