摘要: 针对 5MW 大型海上风力发电电机机座的防护要求,研制了一种高防腐耐候的涂料及涂层体系,采用改进的涂装工艺,将其应用于 5MW 大型海上风力电机机座。研究表明,先对喷锌处理的风电机座在喷涂封闭底漆前喷涂一层偶联剂,有效提高封闭底漆与基材附着力,采用氟碳面漆,防护涂层可以达到预期的防护效果。

Abstract: A corrosion protective and weather resistant coatings system has been developed the protection of the 5MW large-scale offshore wind generator stands. It has shown that this new protective coating could satisfy the predicted requirement.
