正硅酸乙酯制备无机耐高温涂料的研究

Study on Inorganic TEOS-Based Heat Resistant Coatings

摘要: 以正硅酸乙酯为原料,在盐酸溶液的催化下,水解缩合制成硅树脂。再配上各种颜料、填料和助剂,以水为溶剂,制备环保型耐高温涂料。本研究讨论了颜填料(玻璃粉)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、偶联剂、、固化温度等对涂料 性能的影响。实验发现:正硅酸乙酯制备耐高温涂料热固化后呈无机膜。随着温度的升高,固化膜对铁板的附着力和硬度显著提高,附着力达 1级,铅笔硬度大于 6H。玻璃粉在 50°C以上可熔融成膜,使涂料能耐更高的温度;DMF和 偶联剂均能减少涂膜开裂倾向。

Abstract: Silicone resin was prepared from tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) precursors through hydrolysis and condensation under catalyzing of hydrochloric acid. A environmental friendly heat resistant coating was prepared by TEos pigments, fillers, additives and water as solvent. The influence of pigments, DMF, coupling agent, curing temperature on the performance of coating was discussed. The results showed, that heat resistant coating prepared by TEOS became an inorganic film after curing. As the temperature increased, the adhesion and the hardness of the cured film were significantly increased, with adhesion grade 1 and hardness 6H. Superfine glass powder will melt over 500 ℃, which could enhance the heat resistance of film DMF and coupling agent both could reduce cracking tendency of the coating.
