聚丙烯酸酯透明防结露涂料的研制

摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸(MA)、甲基丙烯酸 β-羟乙酯(HEMA)及丙烯酰胺(AM)为共聚单体,过氧化二苯甲酰 (BPO)为引发剂,采用溶液共聚法,研制成聚丙烯酸酯透明防结露涂料。重点考察了单体、引发剂、温度等因素对涂料性能的影响。通过优化配方和工艺条件实验,确定了涂料的适宜配方和工艺条件。研究结果表明,该涂料具有较好透光性、防结露性、耐水性以及硬度。

Abstract: A new sort of polyacrylates transparent antifogging coating was prepared by solution copolymerization through β-hydroxylethyl methacrylate(HEMA), methacrylic acid( MA)and acrylamide(AM)as monomers, and benzoperoxide( BPO)as intiator. During the experiment process the effect of monomers,initiators, temperature on coating capability were mainly studied. Through formulation optimization and experiment on technical conditions, the formulation and the processing condition were finalized. The results indicated that the coating could provide a satisfied light transmission, antifogging, water proof and hardness reqirement.
