三元乙丙橡胶低红外发射率涂层的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of EPDM-Based Low Infrared Emissivity Coating

摘要: 为制备低红外发射率涂层,优选了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为粘结剂、漂浮性片状铝粉(约 15μm)为填料,用流延自成膜法制备涂层。研究了溶剂种类和填料质量分数对涂层红外发射率的影响,并对涂层的物相和微观形貌进行了表征。研究结果表明:EPDM具有良好的红外透明性;二甲苯为溶剂时,涂层发射率最低为 0.686;环己烷为溶剂时,铝粉显示出更好的漂浮性,涂层发射率可低至 0.358;涂层在室温环境中具有一定的耐候性。制得的涂层可以用作低红外发射率隐身材料。

Abstract: In the paper a low infrared emissivity ethylene-propylene-diene(EPDM) based coating film was prepared via a self-casting process, with EPDM as binder and leafing flake aluminium powders(about 15 μm)as functional filler. The influence of solvents and Al powder content on the infrared emissivity of the coatings were systematically investigated through FTIR, XRD, SEM and 320-far-Infrared Emissometer.The lowest infrared emissivity of the coating was 0. 686 when xylene was used as solvent. However, when cyclohexane was used, a better infrared emissivity 0.358 and Al leafing effect could be reached. The coating exhibited a potential application in infrared stealth coating field.
