有机硅氧烷双重改性水性环氧乳液的研究

摘要: 采用有机硅烷单体KH570和KH550双重改性水性环氧乳液,通过FT-IR、TGA、接触角测量仪对KH550、KH570改性所得产物及其涂膜进行表征,对改性后水性环氧乳液固化涂膜的微观结构及宏观性能进行了研究。结果表明:当KH570与KH550含量占环氧树脂的质量分数比为5∶1时,双重改性环氧乳液具有良好的贮存稳定性,其固化涂膜的耐水性、柔韧性和耐热性能得到很大改善。

Abstract: A stable waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was modified by Ⅴ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane(KH570)and aminopropyltriethoxy silane(KH550). The modification effects in term of its microstructure and macro performance was investigated by FT-IR. TGA and contact angletest. The result showed that when the weight fraction of KH570 was 5% while KH550 was 1%(based on epoxy resin weight), the films obtained from the dispersion showed good storage stability and improved water resistance, flexility and thermal stability.
