涂料用本体阻燃树脂单体研究进展

摘要: 本体阻燃树脂是让阻燃单体参与聚合反应,使之成为合成树脂的结构单元而赋予其较好的阻燃性能。该方法具有阻燃剂使用量少,所得树脂阻燃性能持久,基本不影响材料其他性能等优点。文章综述了近年来国内外研究人员对 4类含有不同元素的涂料用本体阻燃树脂单体的研究进展,重点介绍了各类阻燃单体的合成方法,在不同合成树脂中的应用,以及所得树脂的成炭率、极限氧指数、UL-94测试等燃烧性能。最后,对涂料用本体阻燃树脂单体的发展前景作了展望。

Abstract: The ontology flame retardant resin is prepared by chemical reaction of name retardant monomers,which could become a structural unit in the resin chain,and add flame retardant propertiesto the resin. The advantages of this method were less name retardant used, persistent flame retardant performance,less influence on properties of polymer materials. This paper was reviewed the research progress in monomer of ontology flame retardant resin for 4 coatings, which contained different elements at home and abroad,focusing on the synthesis method of various flame retardant monomers, their application in diffeerent resins. and of the resin, such as charring degree, maximum oxygen index, UL-94 test.Finally, the prospect of monomer of ontology flame retardant resin for coating was given.
