气雾漆色迁移问题的探讨

摘要: 气雾漆在生产、贮存、使用过程中,经常会发生颜色迁移或变色的现象,带来了不少经济损失及贸易纠纷问题,因此加强对气雾漆颜色迁移问题的深入研究较为迫切。文章针对色漆颜色迁移现象以及原因进行了分析,以蓝紫相系列气雾漆为切入点,通过单因素实验方法得出:当将颜料永固紫、苯并咪唑酮二嗪合理搭配,润湿分散剂 EFKA-4010的添加量为0.35%,分散时间控制在70~90min时,色漆分散体系的稳定性最佳,能有效地解决气雾漆的色迁移等耐候性问题。

Abstract: Because of the color migration or color change happened in production, storage and application process of aerosol paints, which has caused lots of ecomomic loss or trade disputes, it is necessary to provide a study on the mechanism of color migration of aerosol paints. This article analysied the color migration phenomenon and reason and used the aerosol paint with the blue-purple color shade as example, for a single factor test. It was concluded that the problems of color migration and weather resistance, etc in aerosol paint could be solved effectively when mixed suitably with permanent voilet pigment and bezimidazolone dioxazine, at the presence of dispersants EFKA-40100 35% for 70~90 min, providing a stable pigment dispersing system, and solving the color inigration phenomenon.
