Abstract: After coating film was extracted by soxhlet method, phthalate ester compounds of DEHP DBP, BBP, DNOP, DINP and DIDP in extraction solution could be separated by chromatographic column DB-130.0m×φ0.25mm×0.5μm. Those four compounds(DEHP, DBP, BBP and DNOP) could be determined using Flame lonization Detector(FID) or Mass Spectrograph Detector(MSD), whereas the other two compounds (DINP and DIDP) could only be measured using MSD with Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM). For DEHP, DBP, BBP and DNOP, when MSD was employed as detector, the limits of detection (LODS)were 0.04  μg/mL and the limits of quantity(LOQS)0. 35 wg/ml for all for DINP and DIDP, the LODS were 0.04 μg/mL, and the LOQS were 3.5  μg/mL. The results of the experiment(s) showed that carcinogenic PAES exists in members of the acrylic resin coatings and film coat of mobile, Therefore its necessary to conduct  safety evaluation and establish the allowable maximum concentration in mobile coatings.
