环境友好型水性涂料复合膜防腐性能的研究

摘要: 通过在线检测硅烷的水解程度,确定了 KH-560硅烷偶联剂的最佳耐腐蚀浓度,利用水解硅烷在钢铁基材表面成膜再与水性涂料复合成膜,提高金属表面的防腐作用。研究发现复合膜比水性聚丙烯酸酯乳液膜涂层的耐腐蚀性能提高 4~5倍,是未经处理裸铁的 288倍左右,并促进了水性涂层附着力。

Abstract: Through the on-site examination of he optimun concentration of hydrolysis degree of silane KH-560 for corrosion protection was determined. The film formation of by drolized silane on steel surface, then composited with waterborne coatings, forming a multiple coating layer and enhance corrosion protection of steel. The research discovered that the anti-corrosive performance of the compound film was increased about 4-5 times of that of acrylic emulsion coatings film and promoted the adhesion of water-based coating.
