摘要: 将二丁基二月桂酸锡经氧化、分解、硝化其有机物质,使有机锡转化为无机锡,在酸性介质中以金属铝片作为还原剂,把锡还原成二价锡,过量的硫酸铁铵与二价锡反应,将硫酸铁铵中的三价铁还原成二价铁,在硫酸和磷酸的混合溶液中以二苯磺酸钠作指示剂,用重铬酸钾标准滴定溶液滴定二价铁,以此方法测定出二丁基二月桂酸锡中的锡含量。

Abstract: The determination of the stannum content in dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTL) was investigated in this paper. The organic stannic compound was converted to inorgomic stannum by oxidation, decomposion and nitration of DBTV which was then reduced into stannous compound by aluminum flake as reductant in acid medium. The stannous compound was reacted with excess ammonium ferric sulfate to reduce the ferric compound into ferrous compound. The ferrous compound was titrated with potassium dichromate standard solution, In mixed solution of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid with sodium benzenesulfonate as indicator.The content of stannum in dibutyltin dilaurate was calculated.
