摘要: 制备了一类低相对分子质量聚丙烯酸酯丙烯酸酯,其具有黏度低、化学稳定性好、固化膜机械物理性能优良等特点,主链由丙烯酸烷基酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚得到。实验结果表明:共聚反应中,随着引发剂和链转移剂用量的增加,产物相对分子质量减小;当引发剂与链转移剂物质的量比为 1∶2时,产物多分散性最低。当采用丙烯酸乙酯与丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚时,需要的引发剂和链转移剂最少,涂膜进行紫外光固化后的各项物理机械性能也最好。

Abstract: A class of low molecular weight polyacrylate acrylate with low viscosity, good chemical stability and excellent cured film properties were synthesized by copolymerization of hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA ) and alkyl acrylate and further esterified with acrylic acid. The results showed that the molecular weight of copolymer decreased with the increasing of concentration of initiator and chain transfer agent, and lowest molecular weight distribution could be obtained when the molar ratio of initiator and chain transfer agent was 1: 2.The lowest ammount of initiator and chain transfer agent are needed when ethyl acrylate and HEMA were selected acopolymerization monomer. When the Yilm is UV cured, it shows the beer mechanical properties.
