多官能度水性光敏聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Multifunctional Waterborne Uv-Curing Polyurethane Acrylate

摘要:

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、丙三醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMO)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)为原料,合成了一种具有核壳结构的新型多官能度水性光敏聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)乳液。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、核磁共振碳谱(13CNMR)、透射电镜(TEM)、动态热力学分析测试(DMA)等物理测试手段对聚合物结构进行了表征,并通过化学滴定测定C=C双键的含量。FT-IR、NMR分析表明,合成得到的树脂是带有多支链的多官能度水性光敏聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA);GPC分析表明,合成的多官能度 PUA聚合物的数均相对分子质量(Mn)和分散度(D)分别为11374和 3.75;TEM分析表明,乳胶粒呈现一定的核壳结构,形态较规则,大多数呈球形;DMA分析表明多官能度 PUA聚合物涂膜的玻璃化转变温度为 -39.4℃,tanδ曲线没有出现很明显的双峰或多峰,软段与硬段相容性好;化学滴定分析表明,此目标树脂中C=C双键的最终含量为4.9meq/g。

Abstract:

A new type multifunctional waterborne Uv-curing polyurethane acrylate emulsion(PUA) with core-shell structure was synthesized from isophoronediisocyanate(IPDI), polytetrahydrofuran dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA), pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA). The polymer was characterized by means of Infrared Spectrum(FT-IR), Gel permeation chromatography(GPC), carbon-13 nuclear resonance magnetic spectrometry(13 CNMR ) 、transmission electron microscope(TEM),dynamic Chanical analysis (DMA). And the content of C=C was measured by means of chemical titration. The results showed that the synthesized resin was multifunctional waterborne Uv-curing polyurethane acrylate with highly branched chain through FT-IR, 13 CNMR analysis; The average molecular weight(Mn)and particle size distribation(D of the polymer were 11 374 and 3.75 respectively through GPC analysis; the morpho-core-shell structure and regular morphology logical structure of the most latex particle was sphere with the through TEM analysis; the glass transition temperature( Tg)of the multifunctional polymers coating was -39. 4 ℃ through DMA analysis. Tanδ curve didn't obviously appear double peaks or multi-peaks or multi-peaks, soft segment and hard segment had good compatibility: the final content of C=C was 4.9 meq/g through chemical titration analysis.
