摘要: 合成了以硬脂酸 (十八碳烷酸)为有机功能配位体的新型铝 -锆偶联剂,并对长余辉发光颜料(SrMgAl4O8:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+ )进行了表面改性。通过水解 pH值、电导率、ATR-FTIR、SEM、接触角和余辉衰减曲线分别表征了改性前后样品的变化。结果表明,采用12%添加量改性的样品与有机树脂体系的接触角最小可达 41°,相容性提高显著,改性效果最佳;同时,耐水性亦有提高,改性后对发光性能影响不大。

Abstract: A stearic acid based Al-Zr CA(coupling agent )was synthesized, and applied to modify the pigment (SrMgAl4O8:Eu 2+ ,Dy 3+). The pl value, electric conduetwiy, ATR long afterglow luminous FTIR. SEM, contact angle and afterglow decay curve were used to characterize the pigment before uminous lat the best property of water resistance and compatibility with or and after modification. Results showed that the best property of water resistance and compatibility with organic resin system can be obtained when the CA was added at 12%, and luminance intensity decay curves showed that their luminous property didnt change significantly.
