Synthesis of Low Temperature Curing Organic Urea Hardener and Its Application in Epoxy Powder Coatings

摘要: 合成了一种适用于环氧粉末涂料的有机脲类低温固化剂(甲苯 -2,4-二[N,N-二甲氨基丙脲]),并对环氧粉末涂料的生产工艺进行改进,使环氧粉末涂料在低温下实现快速固化。同时对所合成的环氧粉末涂料组分的固化剂用量、涂膜的物理机械性能及耐化学品性能等进行了研究探讨。

Abstract: An low-temperature curing organic urea hardener(toluene-2, 4-di[N, N-Dimethyl pam-ino propyl urea ] ) for epoxy powder coatings was synthesized. And the production process of epoxy powder coatings was reconstructed, epoxy powder coatings curing rapidly at low curing temperature. the amount of curing agent, the physical and mechanical performances of cured film, the chemical resistance of epoxy pow-der coatings were also studied.
