镀锌钢板表面有机 /无机协同钝化研究进展

摘要: 随着人们环保意识的提高,镀锌钢板表面无铬钝化处理已成为发展方向。目前无铬钝化主要分为单一钝化和复合钝化,而单一的无铬钝化无法达到铬酸盐钝化效果,相比而言,协同的复合钝化已经取得较为理想的效果。本文综述了镀锌钢板表面无铬钝化中的有机/无机协同钝化的研究现状,主要介绍了有机硅烷协同无机物钝化、有机磷/钼酸盐协同钝化和树脂基无机掺杂钝化三种协同钝化技术和工艺,并展望了无铬钝化技术的发展趋势。

Abstract: As people's awareness of environmental protection is increasing, chromate-free passivation for galvanized steel surface has become inevitable. At present, chromate-free passivation can be divided in-to single passivation and co-passivation. Since single chromate-free passivation cannot provide the effect of chromate passivation, however the co- passivation has shown more satisfactory results. In this paper,the new progress of organic/inorganic co-passival in chromate -free passivation treatments for galvanized steel was reviewed. The organic silane/ inorganic co-passivation, organic phosphorus/molybdate passivation and co-doped resin/inorganic passivation technology and processes were reviewed. The development tend ency of chromate-free treating technology was also prospected.
