摘要: 采用无皂乳液聚合方式,合成了醋酸乙烯酯/丙烯酸/丙烯酸丁酯(VAc/AA/BA)三元共聚物,探讨了丙烯酸丁酯结构单元、引发剂用量、反应温度对乳液稳定性、黏度、转化率以及粘接强度的影响。结果表明:BA和过硫酸铵(APS)用量分别为混合单体总质量的 8.0%、0.5%,反应温度为 75℃时,共聚乳液具有良好的性能。

Abstract: The copolymer of PVAc /MA/BA were prepared by emulsifier -free emulsion process. The in-fluence of structural unit of butyl acrylate initiator content and the reaction temperature on stability of emul-sion,viscosity, conversion rate and adhesive strength was studied. It was indicated that when BA and APS were 8. 0% and 0. 5% of the amount of mixed monomers respectively and reaction temperature of 75 C,the copolymer emulsion showed the best performance.
