摘要: 为了克服钢结构防火涂料膨胀发泡层蓬松易脱落和易开裂的缺点,采用可膨胀石墨来改善防火涂料发泡 层的结构。研究了可膨胀石墨对发泡层形貌和钢结构耐火极限的影响。结果表明,可膨胀石墨膨胀后成“蠕虫”状穿 插于发泡层中,起到增强作用,使炭质层结构更致密。采用膨胀容积为 180mL/g、粒径为 0.18mm、起始膨胀温度为 150°C的可膨胀石墨时,当添加量为 3%时具有较好的改性作用。

Abstract: Expandable graphite (EG) was applied to improve the structure of char layer of the ultrathin fire -retardant coatings and its drawbacks of easy breaking off and cracking. The influence of EG on the fire-retardant property and the morphology of expanded char layer was discussed. The results showed that EG inserted into the char with a"worm-like structure and served as reinforeed substance and made the char layer denser. It was suitable for the modification of fire retardant coatings when 3% of EG with particle 0. 18 mm size, expansion volume 180ml/g and intumescent starting temperature 150℃ was used.
