摘要: 选用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、甲基丙烯酸 -β-羟乙酯(HEMA) 等为原料,采用阴离子自乳化法制备了紫外光(UV)固化聚酯型水性聚氨酯 -丙烯酸酯预聚体,并配以光引发剂,其涂 层经紫外光固化。讨论了光引发剂和 n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)对涂层性能的影响。研究结果表明,复配光引发剂种类及 比例为 m(光引发剂 B)∶m(光引发剂 C)=1∶1,用量为 HEMA质量分数的 10%时,涂层性能最好。

Abstract: An anionic aqueous UV-curable polyurethane-acrylate has been prepared by self-emulsi- fying proces with isophorone disocyanate (IPDI),polyester polyol and dimethylol propinic acid(DMPA)as raw materials.The efects of the photoinitiator and the mole ratio of NCO/OH on properties of UV-curable waterborne polyurethane-acrylate coatings were discused.The results indicated that when the mixed pho-toinitiator system are B∶C(1∶1),and the amount of the photoinitiator is 10% of HEMA,the coatings showed the best properties.
